Open a tool, add your file, and run it. Most tools work right in your browser and finish in seconds. When it is done you get a preview and a download.

No account is needed for the everyday tools. Every tool is free, and most run right in your browser. You sign in only to save results to your Drive, use Workspace AI, send a document for e-signature, or manage a plan.

Any modern browser on phone, tablet or desktop, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. DailyDone is built phone-first, so it works well on a small screen. There are also native Drive and PDF apps for desktop and mobile.

Most tools (merge, split, rotate, organize, edit, redact, fill and sign, and more) run entirely in your browser, so your files never leave your device. A few tools need a quick, secure upload: file conversions, OCR, password protect and unlock, and the heavier Smart and Maximum compression modes. Those files are processed and removed straight after.

Each tool says so on its page and on its button. A green "Runs on your device" badge means nothing is uploaded. An amber "Runs on our servers" badge means a quick, secure upload that we delete right after.

Only the files you choose to keep. Files sent for a heavier job are processed and removed straight after, and files handled in your browser never reach us at all. Anything you save to your Drive stays, encrypted and hosted in the EU, until you delete it.

Only where you ask for it. Two features use AI: Ask, which answers questions about your own documents with citations, and reading a scanned receipt or statement to pull out the figures. In both, the relevant text or page images are sent to Azure OpenAI running in our own EU region, and your documents are never used to train any model. Every other tool uses no AI at all.

Merge, split, rotate, reorder and delete pages, add page numbers, watermark, edit text and drawings, fill and sign, and convert to and from Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

It may be password-protected or corrupted. Remove the password, or re-save the file, and try again.

Large jobs work but can be slow on older phones. Office file conversion is capped at 50 MB per file.

Your private, encrypted cloud storage, hosted in Europe. Save files, sort them into folders, preview them, and restore anything from Trash. Every account starts with 2 GB free, with more on paid plans.

Yes. Share a file or folder with a link you control: set an expiry and an optional password, and stop sharing whenever you like. You can also send a file request, which lets someone upload into one folder without seeing anything else in your Drive.

Branded photo galleries for sharing a shoot with clients. Clients can pick favourites, download the photos if you allow it, and order prints, while every image stays in your own Drive. Turn Collections on in your Drive settings. Photographers on Pro get unlimited galleries.

Yes. Fill and sign a PDF yourself right in your browser, or send it to someone else to sign. Every account can send three documents for signature each month, and Pro makes it unlimited.

Every tool, including conversions, OCR and compression. Free accounts also get 2 GB of Drive storage, a monthly allowance of AI actions, and three e-signature sends a month.

Buy a small bundle of credits and spend them only on paid actions, such as an AI question or a document read. There is no subscription, and credits do not expire.

A larger monthly allowance of AI actions, unlimited e-signature sends, more Drive storage (10 GB on Pro, 100 GB on Pro Plus), and longer file version history. Pro renews automatically, and you can cancel any time from your account page, keeping access until the end of your paid period.
